\nNote;
\nMembers of the club at the moment are working with Age UK and the school to develop a garden and educational area at Heartsease Primary School. This has included some involvement in the classroom and supporting them by getting equipment etc.
\nWe also fundraise and\/or support a number of charities each year with our next event for the Stepping Stones Project, where Alan Gray will be the speaker. Two members have been working on a gardening project at a local care home.
\nWe have developed a free monthly newsletter which is well supported.
