The talk will be given by<strong> Lord Phillips of  Sudbury<\/strong> The talk will take place in The Curve at Norwich Forum (downstairs below BBC desk and entrance to Fusion).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The talk is at 11am<\/strong> and will last about 30 minutes followed by questions. <strong>Coffee is available from 10.30am<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Admission is free.
