\n(i) Brief explanation of the planned General meeting in January and choosing of preferred date.
\nNote 1: The meeting room is not available 10, 11, 17, 25 of January. We have already agreed that the general meeting should be as early as possible in order to clarify who VfC is and to get the website fully running, including a launch and getting a large number of Events and Groups posted on it.<\/p>\n
Note 2: The General meeting is a break in the sequence of theme discussion meetings. All those who have become subscribers – if you are not one already you may become one through the website, or by leaving your email address and name on a list circulated at this meeting – will progress the formal structure of VfC and formally choose a committee. Papers about this will be sent from VfC. All are invited, individually or, better, in groups of co-signatories, to present papers to this meeting.
