Welcome to this remarkable photographic documentary of the ancient town of Bil’in in occupied West Bank<\/p>\n
taken by the children of Bil’in themselves it chronicles daily life<\/p>\n
in a place which has been repeatedly in the news owing to annexation and demolitions and expulsions to make way for illegal settlements<\/p>\n
The exhibition is brought to us by Gwen Backwell (who herself has been to Bil’in)<\/p>\n
from Liverpool with which it is twinned<\/p>\n
In addition Gwen will be giving a talk and leading a discussion from 1pm Saturday in the Curve in the Forum<\/p>\n
