Our speaker will be Dr Jan Vermeiren who is a Senior Lecturer in \nthe School of History at UEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The title of the talk will be&nbsp; \u201cBritain and Europe \u2013 the Continental \nPerspective\u201d&nbsp; which is a very \ntopical subject at the moment with Brexit just a few weeks away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Vermeiren\u2019s research interests cover a number of areas \nin German and European history in the 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 20<sup>th<\/sup> and \n21<sup>st<\/sup> centuries.
