This is to confirm that for the first time in 14 years

the NPC&PC event has regretably had to be

cancelled owing to precautions necessitated

by the Coronovirus pandemic.

We are hoping that nevertheless a get together

of members may be possible in some way

and also maybe a modest Peace Cycle

to mark UN Peace Day 21st September.
