International Women’s Centenary

International Women’s Day (8 March) is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. The first International Women’s Day event was run in 1911; 2011 is the Global Centenary Year There will be two separate conversations to celebrate this week; topics to be announced.
Hot topics will be discussed in a series of cafes run by UEA MED lecturer Dr Stefi Barna. Free of charge and all welcome.
