Dear Friends,

This is just a gentle reminder of the next UNA talk on Friday 15th September 2017 at 12.30pm sharp in the Friends Meeting House in Upper Goat Lane Norwich NR2 1EW.

The speaker will be Dr Anthony Speca who will talk about “The Arctic: Last Frontier or a Homeland?”.

The talk will start at 12.30 sharp followed by questions.  The AGM will follow the talk. Dr Speca has responsibility for teaching Politics, Philosophy and Economics to the 6th form at the Norwich School.  He is actively involved with his students in participating in Model UN programmes (MUN).  In addition, he is also the founder of the Norwich Model Arctic Council, which seeks to apply the same MUN practices to the situation in the Arctic Region where he has had first hand experience as a Canadian government representative.

Please try to come to this interesting talk.

Best Wishes,

Marguerite
